How to enable developer options in android 4.2 and above

Some ROMs come with developer options not available..so you will have to enable it by yourself...the steps are easy..you don't need root to do this....all you ve to do is

*go to settings
*move  to about phone/tablet
*then scrool to build number
*tap the build number rapidly until you get a notification that you're now a developer ...
